Sprint Modules

In this sprint, participants will develop the skills and knowledge to implement a high-precision outbound sales strategy that targets exact decision makers and leads to more qualified sales opportunities. Through this sprint, we also break down our outbound sales system that we use to book 2 meetings a day and convert sales within 40 days.

Week 1

Plan and produce the sales messages, scripts and message sequences you will use to engage directly with your target prospects.

Week 2

Setup, configure and deploy the technical systems you will use to launch your outbound marketing and social selling campaigns.

Week 3

Learn how to build a set of robust standard operating procedures that will enable you to proactively manage your outbound email marketing and social selling campaigns.

Week 4

Launch, manage and optimise the performance of your outbound marketing campaigns.

Do I need to take notes during the sessions?

To get the most out of the sessions, it is helpful to come prepared to take “action notes” (notes on how you will apply your new skills and knowledge). During the sessions, the material will be presented in segments, and you will have a few minutes to make your “action notes”. In addition, there will be assignments given each week that you can complete on your own time to put your learnings into practice. Taking “action notes” and completing the assignments will help you to retain and apply the material covered in the sessions.
